Dear guest, we have established the following arrangements in order to avoid any miscommunications and problems upon your arrival/departure.

Your arrival:

1. If you arrive by car, please use only the designated parking areas around our accommodation.
2. Arrival is possible from 10am to 6pm upon agreement.
3. Please handle the keys provided with care. In the event of loss, you as a guest will be responsible for the replacing costs of the locking system.
4. The rent must be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. The security deposit of €_________ must also be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
5. Please check the premises upon arrival and please do inform us immediately in the case of any defects/problems with the apartments. Please inform us within 24 hours of arrival at the latest in order for the issues to be resolved.
6. Please always hang used/wet towels.
7. Please take off your shows before entering the room/apartment.
8. IMPORTANT. Please be sure to separate your trash/waste during your stay!

Your departure:

1. Please inform us about your departure in advance in order to make arrangements for the deposit refund and the key handover.
2. Please plan your departure by 10am. A later departure is only possible upon request in advance.
3. When you leave, please switch off all electrical appliances in the apartment.
4. Please wash and put away used dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.
5. Please empty the refrigerator and freezer completely.
6. Please hang any used/wet towels.
7. Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed.
8. Please make sure that you have not left any belongings in the accommodation.
9. Please pay particular attentions to charging cables, hygiene products in the bathroom and food products in the kitchen!
