Arrival / Departure regulations
Dear guest, we have established the following arrangements in order to avoid any miscommunications and problems upon your arrival/departure.
Your arrival:
- If you arrive by car, please use only the designated parking areas around our accommodation.
- Arrival is possible from 10am to 6pm upon agreement.
- Please handle the keys provided with care. In the event of loss, you as a guest will be responsible for the replacing costs of the locking system.
- The rent must be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. The security deposit of €_________ must also be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
- Please check the premises upon arrival and please do inform us immediately in the case of any defects/problems with the apartments. Please inform us within 24 hours of arrival at the latest in order for the issues to be resolved.
- Please always hang used/wet towels.
- Please take off your shows before entering the room/apartment.
- IMPORTANT. Please be sure to separate your trash/waste during your stay!
Your departure:
- Please inform us about your departure in advance in order to make arrangements for the deposit refund and the key handover.
- Please plan your departure by 10am. A later departure is only possible upon request in advance.
- When you leave, please switch off all electrical appliances in the apartment.
- Please wash and put away used dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.
- Please empty the refrigerator and freezer completely.
- Please hang any used/wet towels.
- Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed.
- Please make sure that you have not left any belongings in the accommodation.
- Please pay particular attentions to charging cables, hygiene products in the bathroom and food products in the kitchen!
